All about arthritis

Heather BennettDoy-Jones will tell us all about arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions and also about the local support available from Arthritis UK. There will be lots of useful information for us or for family and friends.

Heather volunteers as a Network Organiser for Arthritis UK in Welshpool. She has recently run our seated tai chi classes and is keen to develop closer links with the U3A and other local groups.
